Our data minimalism

We value privacy and have no business interest in data mining. That's why we don't use external trackers and also don't share any individual information with third parties. Our mission is to do infrastructure and hosting services for enterprises and organizations to secure their data interests and enable them a privacy-first digital infrastructure.

On our website we don't embed content from non-European entities, nor with lower privacy standards. There are no logins required to navigate freely on our website and the only user input received is handled via opt-in on the contact form. Requests sent via the contact form reach directly our helpdesk and are only shared with our staff.

What we collect

The website infrastructure collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers typically send to servers. Our web server logs store the browser type, operating system, language preference, referring site, visited address, and the date and time of each visitor request. We do not aggregate this data to make them identifiable.

Besides non-identifying data, we also track the network address of connecting clients and regard it as personal data. The purpose of this standard logging is to help securing operations by allowing us to detect abuse and cyber attacks. For website monitoring we extract connection data, but pseudomize data for non-identifiable usage statistics.

How long we store

Personally identifying data that gets logged on our website is only stored for a limited period of 30 days for the purpose of securing operations. This affects only the IP address of site vistors if no privacy routing services are used. Log access is limited to operational staff and bound to the cyber defense purpose only.

Whom we address

We don't run own public services that would track or process personal data. We permanently record data only of contract customers whom we provide data processing agreements and documentation about technical organizational measures. Site visitors must become paying customers for us to deal with their personal data as part of our services.
